In addition, this seminar is original and unique because it combines adult education with the distinctive charm of the Cyclades' islands. There, we will visit special places that will serve as our "class" for this particular seminar for a while, as we learn the secrets and the Greek realities that concern freelancers and businesses. At the same time, we will connect and build a community of people who love to learn and grow!
During our stay: We experience a unique blend of learning and tranquility, with visits and shared meals in historic buildings, along with training on issues related to Greek entrepreneurship. Welcome to the village that was the island's industrial hub during the 19th century, known for its famous mansions and rich history.
14. 30 – 16:30 Canava Santino
Our first gathering will be held in the courtyard of Canava Santino, an old winery—“canava” (wine storage area) dating back to 1827, with a fascinating history.
Session 1 – Introduction to Entrepreneurship in Greece.
We define our own office/business identity. Introduction to entrepreneurship, how it is practiced in Greece, and types of businesses there, and their activities. I plan and organize my business plan.

18:00 Community dinner at the "Pentozali" tavern.
Sunday, 26.10.2025 Finikia – traditional settlement
10:30 – 11:00 We meet at the entrance of the village of Finikia, located next to Oia.
We walk and explore the medieval settlement with its unique history, which takes you back in time!
11:00 – 13:00 Krinaki Restaurant The seminar will take place in the distinctive space of KRINAKI, an old winery and now one of the most beautiful restaurants on the island, with traditional colors!
Session 2 – Accounting and Tax Treatment of Businesses in Greece: How each business is categorized for tax purposes. The key points to consider. Setting up a sole proprietorship. Accounting organization for the sole proprietorship.

Andriana Mardaki has been a lawyer and legal advisor since 1993. She has also been an adult educator since 1997, focusing on social entrepreneurship, non-profit organizations, freelancers, and small businesses. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association. Additionally, she is a founding member of Cosmos of Culture and was inspired by Ef-Zin Greece, a pioneering project that combines travel experiences with culture and learning in Athens.
